Getting Started

 

 

To use MyKazi, all you need is a phone or computer with internet access. You can either create an account as a customer to request services or sign up as a service provider to start receiving job opportunities.

 

 

Once registered, simply log in, select the service you need or want to provide, and follow the on-screen steps to complete your request or listing.

 

 

How to Request a Service

 

 

As a customer, follow these steps to request a service:

  • Choose the category of the service you need (e.g., Plumbing, Cleaning, Electrical, Spa, Gardening, etc.)

  • Select your location so that the system shows you providers near you

  • Browse through available professionals, read reviews, and check ratings

  • Click “Request Service” and enter any additional details such as time and specific needs

  •  
  • Submit your request and wait for confirmation
  • The service provider will see your request and confirm it. You can further chat through available live chat.

You’ll be notified when the provider accepts your request via notifications center, and you can communicate with them directly to confirm or reschedule if needed.

 

 

How to Join as a Service Provider

 

 

If you are a skilled worker and want to offer your services through MyKazi, here’s how you can join:


  • Go to the registration page and select “Join as Provider/Professional”

  •  
  • Fill in your details, including the type of services you offer, your location, and your experience in description.

  • Upload a current image and a valid form of ID and any certifications (if available)

  • Submit your application for review
  • Go to Subscriptions and select your package.

After verification and subcription, your profile will be activated and visible to customers searching for your services. You’ll receive job requests directly in your account and you will noticified via notice.

 

 

Account and Profile Management

 

 

You can edit your profile, update your contact information, change your password, or deactivate your account at any time through your dashboard. We encourage all users to keep their profiles accurate and up-to-date for the best experience.

 

 

Payments and Pricing

 

 

MyKazi provides a platform to connect customers and providers but does not set the pricing for services. Each provider sets their own prices. Always confirm the cost of the service before confirming the job. In some areas, advance payments may be required, while in others, payment is made after the service is delivered.

 

 

We recommend using secure payment methods and always requesting a receipt or confirmation of the transaction.

Common Issues & Solutions

 

 

I can't log into my account: Please check if your email and password are correct. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it.

 

 

I requested a service but didn’t receive confirmation: Sometimes providers may be busy. Try reaching out to another provider or wait a few minutes. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

 

 

My service provider didn't show up: We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please report the issue through your dashboard so we can take appropriate action.

 

 

How do I leave a review? After your service is completed, go to your history and click on the service to leave a review and rating.
